KENYA SAFARI TO THE SHABA GAME RESERVE, LAKE NAKURU AND MASAI MARA - 8 DAYS SAFARI, TL-K16

Day 1.
Arrive at JKA, transfer to the Nairobi Serena for an overnight.

Day 2.
Breakfast and early departure for Shaba game reserve – this is one of the most scenic areas in Kenya and is the location where the Kenya Discovery programme was filmed, game drive to the Shaba Lodge, late lunch, afternoon game drive, overnight Shaba Lodge. BLD

Day 3.
Breakfast, early then start the gameviewing Kenya Safari in the Shaba Game reserve. This is the area rich in different wildlife from the usual Big Five. Search for Grey Zebra, Beisa Oryx, Gerenuk and other wildlife on the 2 safaris for the day. Meals and overnight at Shaba Lodge. BLD

Day 4 Kenya Tours
After a hearty dreakfast, start your safari to the Lake Nakuru National Park. You will have a lunch stop at the Thompson’s Falls, before heading out for an enroute game drive to the Sarova Lion Hill Lodge. BLD

Day 5
The day is spent on a walking and driving safari enjoying the lake Nakuru national park while viewing wildlife – This park is famous for its large concetrations of flamingos. It is also here on safari that you can spot the black and the white rhinos, and other Big Five including the leopard. However, sadly, there are no elephants here. Meals and overnight Lion Hill Lodge. BLD

Day 6
Breakfast, then head to the Masai Mara Safari Game reseerve approaching through the Great Rift Valley. Arrive with an enroute game drive to find the ready lunch at the Mara Sarova. Later, have an evening game drive, expect to see large numbers of wildlife including the Lions, Cheetah, Gazelle, Zebra and Elephants. Later, return for dinner and overnight at the Mara Sarova. BLD

Day 07
The day may be spent on a Balloon Safari for an extra fee alternatively, have your morning and afternoon safari in the Mara before returning for meals and overnight at the Mara Sarova. BLD

Day 08
After Breakfast, the final game drive of the Kenya Safari ends with a transfer back to Nairobi to catch the late afternoon flight out.
